WCAG 2.1 & 2.2 Level AA Conformance

Accessibility Statement

Last updated and verified: September 17, 2026

1. Our Commitment to Digital Accessibility

At Rogabot, accessibility is at the core of our mission and engineering architecture. We are committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities, including users who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver), screen magnification, keyboard navigation, and voice recognition software.

2. Conformance Standards

This website and our SaaS software platform have been designed, audited, and tested to meet or exceed the following standards:

  • W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 & 2.2 Level AA: Covering Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR) design principles.
  • Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title III & Title II: Commercial website accessibility benchmarks and US DOJ Title II regulations.
  • Section 508 of the US Rehabilitation Act: Federal electronic and information technology accessibility standards.
  • State Digital Accessibility Laws: Including California Unruh Civil Rights Act (Civ. Code ยง 51) and Colorado HB 21-1110.

3. Native Technical Measures Implemented

Unlike deceptive third-party overlay widgets, our accessibility is built natively into our semantic HTML5 markup, CSS stylesheets, and client-side JavaScript:

  • Keyboard Navigation & Visible Focus Rings: All interactive controls, dialogs, and forms can be navigated exclusively via keyboard (Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, Escape) with high-contrast visible focus indicators.
  • Semantic Landmarks & Heading Structure: Clear HTML5 landmarks (header, nav, main, section, footer) and strictly sequential heading hierarchy.
  • Color Contrast Compliance: All text elements meet or exceed a minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 (3:1 for large text and UI borders) in both Dark Mode and Light Mode.
  • Text Resizing & Reflow: Full responsiveness at 400% zoom (320px width) without content clipping or horizontal scrolling.
  • Screen Reader Accessibility: Explicit aria-labels, aria-expanded, aria-controls, and descriptive alt attributes for all non-text content.

4. Feedback & Barrier Reporting Channel
