While automated testing algorithms detect up to 50% to 60% of all WCAG failure criteria (such as color contrast, missing image descriptions, focus indicator styling, and missing form labels), comprehensive compliance requires pairing automated scans with human review (including manual keyboard testing and screen-reader evaluation).

3. No Guarantee of Litigation Immunity

Implementing Rogabot's automated audits and developer code fixes significantly reduces digital barrier exposure and establishes a proactive, documented record of compliance. However, no software platform can guarantee 100% immunity from third-party lawsuits or demand letters under the Americans with Disabilities Act or state human rights statutes.
