1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Rogabot software platform, API, or automated web crawlers (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Rogabot provides an automated Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for website accessibility auditing, WCAG 2.1 & 2.2 AA testing, developer code remediation diffs, and compliance reporting.

3. Scanning Authorization & Permitted Use

You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary authorizations to crawl, audit, and analyze the web domains and code repositories you submit to the Rogabot platform. You agree not to use the Service to conduct denial-of-service tests or scan unauthorized third-party infrastructure.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

Rogabot offers one-time audit packages as well as monthly and annual subscription plans. You may cancel your subscription at any time with immediate effect via your dashboard billing settings with zero cancellation fees.

5. Intellectual Property & Audit Logs

You retain all right, title, and ownership in your web content, repository code, and proprietary assets. Rogabot retains all intellectual property rights in its proprietary scanning algorithms, heuristics, reports, and platform software.

6. Limitation of Liability

Rogabot is designed to assist software developers, product managers, and compliance teams in identifying and remediating accessibility barriers. Automated software scanning is an auditing tool and does not constitute formal legal advice or guarantee absolute immunity from litigation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rogabot's total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.
